1. Order processing
Orders are processed during our standard business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete.
2. Delivery
Deliverables are sent electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. Standard delivery time is within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page or agreed with you directly.
3. Accurate details
It is your responsibility to enter a valid, working email address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address, a full inbox, or filtering by your spam folder. If you have not received your order within the stated timeframe, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at amithj1001@gmail.com.
4. Delays
While we work to meet all stated timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you by email if your order will be delayed.
5. Failed or missing delivery
If your order has not arrived within 48 hours of confirmation, contact us at amithj1001@gmail.com with your order number. We will re-send or resolve the issue promptly. Please note this must be raised within the 24-hour window set out in our Return and Refund Policy for any refund to be considered.
